Jack graduated from Spencerport Central High School in 1974 and entered the U.S. Navy in March of 1975 and served on Aircraft carriers as an Aviation Electrician assigned to A-7 Squadrons. Jack started in the Building Department in November, 1989 as a Building Inspector Aide.

James Roose - Town Council

James Roose

Jim is the Republican Town Leader for the Parma Republican Committee. He began serving the Town of Parma, first as an appointee to the Town Board and then elected in 2010. His commitment to the community is also represented in his 11 years of experience working for the County of Monroe, under three administrations, as the Manager of the Office of Faith Based and Community Initiatives from 2009 – 2020. Jim has previous experience as a Monroe County Legislator from 1998-2001 where he was chairman of the Intergovernmental Relations Committee. He is a former Bausch & Lomb employee for 33 years.

Jim and his wife, Mary, have been residents of the town of Parma for almost 20 years, where they raised their four children.

Linda Judd

Linda graduated from Hilton High School in 1973. She joined the US Army Women’s Corp serving in the US and Korea. She is a member of Monroe County Farm Bureau, volunteer for Cornell’s Ag Literacy Program and Farmland and Open Space Committee for the Town of Parma.
